H Bazi Terms and Conditions for Bangladesh Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the H Bazi platform, including the website at h-bazi.net, the H Bazi mobile application, and all associated services. H Bazi is operated by H Bazi Ltd ("H Bazi", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account on H Bazi, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the H Bazi platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using H Bazi on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all players using H Bazi from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where H Bazi is accessible. It is your responsibility to ensure that using H Bazi is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

02 Eligibility

To register and use an H Bazi account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on H Bazi.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of H Bazi or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from H Bazi for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

H Bazi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the eligibility requirements, H Bazi may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one H Bazi account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering your H Bazi account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your H Bazi account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. H Bazi will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. • One account per person — no exceptions.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your H Bazi account.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

H Bazi supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on H Bazi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). H Bazi does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on H Bazi is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your H Bazi account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact H Bazi support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount on H Bazi is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the H Bazi payments team. The majority of withdrawals are completed within 4 minutes of approval. In some cases, additional verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, which may extend the processing time.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit on your H Bazi account.
• H Bazi reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• H Bazi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Your deposit method must be registered in your own name.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply during promotional periods. These will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

H Bazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated, all H Bazi bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your H Bazi account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• H Bazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between H Bazi accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
• H Bazi may cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on H Bazi are subject to the specific rules for the relevant game or sport, in addition to these general betting rules. Game-specific rules are available on each game page within the H Bazi platform.

H Bazi reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed after the outcome of the event was already known. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your H Bazi account balance.

• Bets are final once confirmed. H Bazi does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets on H Bazi. These are displayed on the relevant game or betting market page.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market. H Bazi may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• H Bazi uses certified random number generators for all casino games. The outcomes of all games are independently audited for fairness.

11 Account Termination

You may close your H Bazi account at any time by contacting H Bazi support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

H Bazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
